Mission Mechanics is led by a fundraising operations leader with more than 14 years of experience helping nonprofit teams make complex work clearer, more effective, and more sustainable.

Rob currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Advancement Operations and Planning at The Greater Boston Food Bank, where his work spans advancement systems, data operations, gift administration, prospect research, donor relations, and organizational planning.
Previously, Rob built and led the Advancement Data Services team at Rhode Island School of Design. There, he strengthened data governance, connected fragmented systems, expanded staff training, and helped create more integrated experiences across fundraising, communications, events, and alumni engagement.
